Returns accepted only for:
* Wrong product received
* Damaged product on arrival
* Defective item
Return eligibility: Request a return within 7 days of delivery. Item must be unused and in original packaging. Photo or video proof is required.
Non-returnable items:
* Baby feeding accessories (for hygiene)
* Personal hygiene items
* Used clothing or toys
* Pet grooming tools
* Custom/personalized products
Refund processing: Refunds processed within 5–7 business days after return approval. Refunds issued to the original payment method.
Business Identity
DYODY (“we”, “our”) is a brand owned and operated by SRI ANNAI DEVAGI ENTERPRISES, a sole proprietorship registered in India. All invoices, payments, and communications may display our legal business name as required by banking and regulatory guidelines.
Legal Name for Payments
All customer payments processed through PayPal or other payment partners will show the legal business name SRI ANNAI DEVAGI ENTERPRISES. This is normal and ensures compliance with Indian regulations and international payment standards.
